Sedona Retreat ~ Spring 2007
March 29th – April 3rd, 2007

For the spring retreat, we will be staying at the Orchards Inn of Sedona. It is located in uptown Sedona, close to shopping and restaurants.

There is an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi as well as views of Oak Creek. Each room will have two queen size beds and a fireplace. Rooms will be shared between two participants.

Transportation will be provided from the airport, if you are able to arrive at roughly the same time as the main group.

We will be making 4 hikes, different from last years. There will be meditation time likely on the hikes. Also included will be sessions with Janette – pedicure and reading, Lynne – energy movement session and a coaching session with Janice.
